Prologue[]
Crystalreef felt her temper flare. This is it. She breathed. She lunged at Stormflame, felt his blood welling under her claws. Stormflame pushed Crystalreef off in a hurry and sank his teeth deep into her fur, smirking as he felt bone. A loud wail came from the nursery. Owlsoul's kittens were coming! He bit down hard on Crystalreef's fur as he heard the first kit being born.
